Tour description

If there is one event that has marked the history of mankind like no other, it is undoubtedly the rise of Nazism and its destruction at the end of World War II. And if there is one city that more than any other witnessed these events, it is Berlin.
On this tour we will travel to the Berlin of the early 20th century and reconstruct the fatal journey that led a civilized country like Germany to the Holocaust. How did the Nazis get into parliament, who supported Hitler and why? What was the blitzkrieg? Where is the bunker where Hitler committed suicide?
If you want to answer these questions and understand how Germany today lives with the consequences of these dramatic events, this is the tour for you! We will visit the most important Nazi monuments in Berlin and the memorials to the victims to rebuild together the history of Berlin under Nazism.

Our walking tour with Alex was amazing. I've gotten to LOVE the city with all my heart because of Alex's personal and historical stories of it. He was very well prepared and also gave us time and space to ask him questions about everything related and unrelated to the city itself. We felt very comfortable with him. I definitely recommend these tours, very useful and top quality program!
